📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of regional Treatment Site Leads (TSLs) • Oversee execution of treatment site onboarding and readiness activities • Establish and reinforce a high standard of operational excellence • Drive seamless collaboration between TSLs and cross-functional oncology field teams • Serve as the primary regional escalation point for operational challenges • Translate national strategy into clear regional execution plans • Maintain understanding of operational requirements for individualized neoantigen therapy • Analyze regional performance metrics for coaching and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of (10) years’ experience in Sales/Account Management, Marketing, Managed Markets, or other field based roles within the pharmaceutical industry • Minimum of (3) years’ experience as People Manager of customer-facing role(s) • Minimum of (3) years’ experience developing and managing customer relationships • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Strong communication and coaching capabilities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel ~50%
