📋 Description

• Manage a global and cross functional multi-level team • Lead client engagements managing project to timelines, client expectations and resource budgets • Identify additional revenue opportunities in both current and future engagements • Work with Sales and Marketing to position and differentiate Advito's products and services in the market • Stay abreast of industry trends and technology product lines • Identify competitive threats and emerging problems and offer swift solutions to preserve the integrity of relationships • Maintain constructive relationships with account and travel managers and share trends/industry changes • Work closely with BCD Travel account managers, sales managers and supplier relations staff to support client base • Provide program and account management for clients and support sales efforts by pursuing cross-sell/upsell opportunities in an effort to expand business with current clients • Act as a point of escalation for all customer concerns • Drive improvements in tools and process initiatives • Engage in knowledge sharing and best practice sharing • Provide support for internal Advito projects

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Travel Industry and consulting experience in mid to senior level management • Outstanding project management skills • In depth experience with airline industry • Demonstrated capability in overseeing numerous client relationships, adhering to deadlines, and delivering high-quality results • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation communication skills • Demonstrated ability to lead and work with diverse, cross functional international teams • Advanced analytical skills • Highly developed problem solving and decision making capabilities • Self-motivated and goal oriented • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data visualization software skills required • Experience with generative and agentic AI is a plus
