• Engage in bidirectional scientific and medical information exchange with Scientific Leaders • Develop professional relationships with national and regional Scientific Leaders • Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions and provide company-approved medical and scientific information • Address scientific questions and direct out-of-scope inquiries to appropriate company resources • Maintain current knowledge of the scientific and clinical environment in the therapeutic area • Discuss research strategies, study concepts, scientific merit, and investigator qualifications with potential investigators • Enhance understanding of investigator-sponsored research foundations and goals • Identify barriers to patient enrollment and retention • Recommend study sites and identify potential investigators for phase II-IV clinical development programs • Conduct Site Initiation Visits and provide protocol lead responsibilities in collaboration with GCTO • Address investigator questions regarding Company-sponsored clinical studies • Engage in scientific congresses and medical meetings and facilitate scientific and data exchange • Gather scientific and medical insights about the needs, priorities, and concerns of Scientific Leaders and patients • Serve as a role model and support onboarding or sharing of therapeutic expertise • Contribute to an inclusive environment and help lead and retain the workforce
• Minimum PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD • Minimum 3 years of relevant therapeutic area experience beyond that obtained in the terminal degree program • Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with key external stakeholders • Dedication to scientific excellence with a strong focus on scientific education and dialogue • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills • Thorough comprehension of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and its customers • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneNote • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms • Desire to contribute to an environment of belonging and empowerment • Commitment to transforming the environment, culture, and business landscape • Ability to ensure business value per global strategy • Accountability to drive an inclusive culture • Consistent adherence to field and corporate policies, GMSA strategy, field SOPs, GCP guidelines, and administrative/operational responsibilities • Must reside within the territory covering Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan excluding the Upper Peninsula • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory • Valid driving license required • Field-based medical experience preferred • GYN Oncology experience strongly preferred • Research experience preferred • Demonstrated record of scientific/medical publication preferred
