📋 Description

• Engage in bidirectional scientific and medical information exchange with Scientific Leaders • Provide balanced, factual scientific information on non-product areas and respond to scientific questions about Company products • Liaise between the scientific community and the Company regarding approved, in-development, and Company-sponsored or investigator-sponsored research studies • Serve as a role model for field medical team members through onboarding and sharing therapeutic expertise • Develop professional relationships with national and regional Scientific Leaders • Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintain reliable medical contact with Scientific Leaders • Address scientific questions and direct out-of-scope inquiries to appropriate company resources • Maintain current knowledge of the scientific and clinical environment in the assigned therapeutic area • Discuss research strategies, study concepts, scientific merit, and investigator qualifications • Enhance understanding of investigator-sponsored research • Identify barriers to patient enrollment and retention • Recommend study sites and investigators for Phase II-IV clinical development programs • Conduct Site Initiation Visits and perform protocol lead responsibilities with Global Clinical Trial Operations • Address investigator questions about Company-sponsored clinical studies • Engage in scientific congresses and medical meetings and facilitate scientific and data exchange • Gather scientific insights and feedback about the needs and concerns of Scientific Leaders and patients • Adhere to field and corporate policies, GMSA strategy, SOPs, GCP guidelines, and administrative responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Credentialed with a PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD • Three years of relevant Immunology (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) experience beyond that obtained in the terminal degree program • Principled verbal and written communications • Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with key external stakeholders • Dedication to scientific excellence with a strong focus on scientific education and dialogue • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills • Thorough comprehension of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and its customers • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote) • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms • Candidates must reside within northern Texas (Dallas) territory • Ability for travel up to 50% within the territory • Valid driving license • No visa sponsorship available • US and Puerto Rico residents only
