📋 Description

• Rotate through key functions supporting MSI and LeaseTrack to gain exposure to daily program administration and support • Review, assess, and help improve training programs, guides, and internal process documentation • Review and analyze operational reports, workflows, and records • Observe cross-functional meetings to understand process coordination, implementation, and ownership • Assist in preparing operational status reports and documentation for management • Support coordination of projects, technology implementations, and process-improvement initiatives • Assist with special projects assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a recognized college program focused on business management, operations, economics, risk management, or a related field • Demonstrated interest in business operations, process improvement, and the insurance industry • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various levels of the organization • Ability to work independently while fostering a positive group dynamic in a remote environment • Reliable internet access and a suitable remote work setup • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
