📋 Description

• Support the growth and retention of the Commercial Card portfolio • Execute proactive client outreach based on portfolio segmentation, risk indicators, and business needs • Conduct account reviews covering relationship health, utilization trends, spend activity, and attrition risk • Identify retention concerns and coordinate action plans • Build relationships with key client contacts • Partner with Service, Relationship Management, Sales, and Product teams to resolve issues and protect client value • Identify opportunities to increase Commercial Card spend, utilization, and relationship value • Promote relevant Commercial Payments capabilities, products, and solutions • Support supplier enablement and supplier file acquisition efforts • Participate in partner planning sessions and portfolio reviews • Develop and maintain a pipeline of optimization opportunities • Track optimization initiatives through implementation and closure • Provide training and mentoring to junior Account Managers • Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand • Complete other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years Commercial Card/ Merchant (or related relevant product) sales experience, or in lieu of degree, a combined minimum of 9 years education and/or Commercial Card/Merchant (or related relevant product) sales experience • Previous account management experience preferred • Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies • Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
