📋 Description

• Identify and develop health policy campaigns with partner organizations • Direct public health policy and advocacy campaigns, including strategy, workstream decisions, and personnel management • Manage workstream budgets and financial oversight • Lead fundraising and donor cultivation for policy advocacy • Serve as primary advisory liaison to partner organizations and build strategic relationships • Formulate communication and partnership strategies and manage partner retention • Use project management tools to define scope, monitor timelines, and track deliverables • Resolve risks and barriers and review deliverables for quality and comprehension • Lead strategic development, workstream strategy, and project direction • Develop communication materials, social media content, and press releases • Present to community and professional groups • Facilitate meetings, plan events, coordinate webinars, and manage logistics • Supervise contract staff and interns and oversee contractor engagements • Lead grant writing, proposal management, reporting, and donor relations • Monitor sector developments to advance IPHN policy advocacy • Oversee IPHN CRM and contact database • Lead and approve hiring processes • Manage website updates and digital presence

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate education, preferably Master of Public Health or equivalent • Ordination or profession in a particular religious tradition preferred • Extensive experience in community mobilization/organizing • Knowledge of and experience working with an extensive network of stakeholders across geographies, sectors, demographic groups and perspectives • Broad familiarity with diverse faith traditions • Experience presenting to faith-based audiences • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist practice • Commitment to the health and well-being of the public and to working with faith communities • Ability to learn and utilize Microsoft Office, Zoom, NationBuilder, and Asana • Willingness to travel and conduct occasional work outside normal working hours, including weekends and after-hours events • Experience with IPHN
