📋 Description

• Assess patient needs for physical therapy • Plan and execute individual treatment plans in accordance with State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice • Provide quality treatment to outpatient rehabilitation patients • Provide education and support to patients and their families, including written instructions as necessary • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy • State of Michigan Physical Therapy License • Must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella • Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption
