📋 Description

• Support MHC Physician Network Administration in developing, implementing, and managing physician/provider compensation arrangements across the system • Coordinate the physician contracting process by communicating with staff, administrators, and physician stakeholders • Develop and maintain systems and controls to ensure physician payments are timely, accurate, and authorized • Monitor physician compensation arrangements for continued regulatory compliance • Manage the annual compensation review process • Develop standardized compensation models and parameters for implementation across the system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, human resources or related field • Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated competence in compensation analysis required • Transferable experience in data analysis, finance, human resources, or provider relations may be considered in lieu of formal compensation analysis experience • Employees must be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella • Employees must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption
