📋 Description

• Perform audits to achieve outstanding performance on key metrics of quality and patient safety plan • Maintain a systems awareness and align goals and priorities with current and future organizational goals • Advocate for quality, safety & patient experience • Facilitate integration of key stakeholders into quality planning and work • Foster relationships across departments and disciplines that support patient-centeredness • Develop quality/safety scorecards to facilitate regular performance review, accountability, and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required - health-related field preferred • 2 years experience in healthcare preferred
