📋 Description

• Investigate and recommend improvements to the organization’s security posture • Identify common attack patterns threatening the organization’s environment • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls • Leverage project management techniques to implement successful changes • Consult with customers using effective communication skills • Serve as a subject matter expert for security-related guidelines and regulations • Coach and mentor team members and organizational users • Support general department operations, including process improvement, schedule setting, and conflict resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably IS/Business or healthcare emphasis) with 2 years relevant experience (IS/Business or healthcare), OR Associate’s degree (preferably IS/Business or healthcare emphasis) with 4 years’ relevant experience (IS/Business or healthcare), OR 6 years Healthcare or IS/Business experience • Certification in good standing related to the duties and responsibilities, such as CCSA, CCSE, CISA, CISSP, MCSE, MCITP, or SANS GIAC • ITIL V3 Foundation preferred • Must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella • Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year hired and annually thereafter, or have an approved medical or religious exemption
