📋 Description

• Prepare initial drafts of customer contracts, uplift agreements, renewal agreements, remote clinical services agreements, NDAs, and Business Associate Agreements • Manage Legal’s daily operational workflow and queue • Interface across internal verticals to review and fulfill legal requests efficiently • Refine legal tracking systems, workflows, and intake protocols • Use Microsoft Word redlining tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce for contract version control, lifecycle milestones, and contract repositories • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Finance to clarify terms and accelerate agreement turnaround • Complete onboarding and master core agreement templates • Take over daily legal queue triage • Establish cross-functional operational touchpoints and implement workflow-tracking enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of contract drafting, legal operations, or paralegal experience • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Word redlining/Track Changes • Experience working within CRM platforms • Ability to manage high-volume contract queues • Experience refining workflow tracking systems • Precision, discretion, and organizational skill in handling legal documentation • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate, or relevant work experience (nice to have) • Experience with SaaS or healthcare technology contracts (nice to have) • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, healthcare privacy standards, and Business Associate Agreements (nice to have) • Core working hours of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM in the local time zone
