📋 Description
• Supervise assigned employees within a designated region and/or field offices • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, policies, and procedures • Conduct operational inspections of program activities, office, equipment, etc. • Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective action as needed • Manage and communicate with on-site teams
🎯 Requirements
• Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience • At least two years of documented experience in a related field • 1 year of experience supervising employees in a similar program environment • Valid driver's License, clean driving record • Investigative and report writing experience • Must show proof of US passport or be in the process of obtaining one • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
