• Coordinate and make travel and lodging arrangements for Field Safety Specialists • Evaluate flight travel time and select the most efficient and cost-effective travel to minimize staff travel time • Responsible for flight bookings, itineraries, car rentals for Field Safety Specialists • Enter travel requests into the company’s scheduling system • Confirm date and time of site visits with Sponsors • Schedule and confirm travel for Field Safety Specialists within 24 hours of site visit confirmation • Work closely with the corporate travel contractor to book travel • Communicate travel requirements to Field Safety Specialists • Aid in last-minute travel arrangements or cancellations due to emergencies
• Possess an associate degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college (a high school diploma with an extra two or more years of relevant experience may be substituted for an associate degree) • At least two years of documented experience in a field related to security, law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer skills in MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Must be willing to learn internal company systems (Saturn, Mercury, etc.) • Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred • Ability to take technical direction and feedback from various sources • Committed to providing outstanding customer service • Ability to prioritize work, meet stringent deadlines, balance multiple tasks and work in a team environment • Strong attention to detail • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work a rotating shift, overnight, holidays, and weekends to support a 24/7 operation
