📋 Description

• Participate in MVP360 Management's DoD SkillBridge Program • Gain hands-on experience during transition to civilian careers • Work remotely with one of the Booking & Sales, Marketing, Special Projects, Major Event Operations, or Roster Operations teams • Support day-to-day operations of the technology environment as an IT Administrative Support Specialist • Work across Microsoft 365, Jira, and workflow automation tools • Apply AI-driven strategies to improve team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Active-duty service member eligibility under DoDI 1322.29: participation within 180 days of discharge or release from active duty and 180 continuous days served on active duty • Approval from the service member's unit commander, specifically the first commander in the chain of command in pay grade O-4 or above • Participation may be approved or disapproved based on unit mission requirements • Contact the installation SkillBridge point of contact to apply • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy • Comfortable working across Microsoft 365, Jira, and workflow automation tools • Eager to apply AI-driven strategies to improve team efficiency
