📋 Description

• Own the link between performance data and creative output for DTC clients • Read Meta and Google ad performance data daily • Write precise briefs for designers and editors • Build and prioritize a creative testing roadmap • Track UGC and short-form trends on TikTok and Instagram • Iterate on existing UGC concepts based on performance data

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related role • Demonstrated experience writing structured creative briefs, not mood boards • DTC or e-commerce experience strongly preferred • Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving agency environment managing multiple client accounts • Strong written communication • Hands-on UGC scriptwriting experience • Working fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting
