📋 Description

• Own the overall performance, profitability, scalability, and growth of MAG's Amazon DSP division. • Set the long-term DSP vision, service roadmap, pricing strategy, and growth plan. • Drive portfolio-wide revenue growth, performance improvements, and client retention. • Identify underperforming accounts, teams, or operational areas and resolve issues before they impact clients. • Establish performance standards and accountability systems across all DSP accounts. • Own the DSP P&L, including revenue, margins, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Develop pricing strategies that balance client value with agency profitability. • Monitor financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve operational efficiency. • Report business performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership using clear financial and operational metrics. • Build and develop the DSP leadership team to ensure the division scales beyond individual contributors. • Create succession plans and reduce dependency on any single person, including yourself. • Design scalable workflows, automation systems, and proprietary frameworks that improve execution quality and efficiency. • Present DSP results in clear business terms: revenue, profitability, retention, risk, and opportunity. • Maintain executive-level relationships with Amazon Advertising representatives, strategic vendors, technology partners, and enterprise clients. • Represent MAG as a senior leader within the Amazon DSP ecosystem and broader advertising industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading large-scale DSP teams, portfolios, or business units. • Deep expertise in Amazon DSP strategy, execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting. • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar advertising portfolios and driving profitable growth. • Experience owning departmental P&L, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin management. • Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities with a track record of scaling services and revenue. • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams and leadership layers. • Experience creating SOPs, operational frameworks, automation systems, and scalable processes. • Strong cross-functional leadership experience working with Sales, Operations, Creative, Finance, and Executive teams. • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into executive-level business insights. • Experience managing enterprise-level client relationships, strategic partnerships, and vendor negotiations. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and eliminate systemic operational bottlenecks. • Agency leadership experience overseeing multiple accounts, teams, and service lines preferred. • Existing relationships within the Amazon Advertising ecosystem preferred. • MBA or equivalent executive business leadership experience is a plus. • AI fluency • A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
