📋 Description

• Enter medication orders and provide customer service for patients in a call center environment • Accurately enter incoming prescriptions, when required • Select billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders • Cover incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate staff • Document patient-reported information into TherigySTM • Resolve customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction • Resolve payment-related issues on member accounts and orders • Maintain reasonable production as determined by the supervisor • Assist in orienting and training new employees • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts • Must be able to work nights and weekends, as required • Minimum high school diploma or GED • Experience in a customer service-related field • Pharmacy technician or related certification preferred • 6–12 months of pharmacy technician experience preferred • Mississippi employees must be registered with the State of Mississippi as a Pharmacy Technician • Must pass a drug test • Subject to initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring • Must meet any additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
