• Responsible for leading transportation and driver operations while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations • Oversee company-owned and leased equipment, driver performance, yard and terminal operations • Coordinate with internal and external partners for timely, safe, cost-effective delivery of goods • Maintain regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a high-performing driver workforce
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree or equivalent experience (10+ years of CDL or transportation experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) • Previous supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations • Demonstrated knowledge of DOT HOS rules and transportation regulations • Working knowledge of geographic service areas and route planning • Understanding of labor laws and company policy compliance
