📋 Description

• Drive technical projects from concept through delivery within the IT department • Translate stakeholder goals and business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements • Scope project work and manage project timelines • Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects from initial scoping and requirements gathering through execution and delivery • Review and test engineering code for quality, functionality, and adherence to technical standards before releases • Identify risks, manage timelines, and remove delivery blockers • Maintain documentation of project scope, requirements, and progress • Communicate status updates to leadership • Oversee project delivery across the IT department and work directly with the Software Engineer to ensure code quality, project scope, and delivery timelines are met

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, software development, or a related technical leadership role • Demonstrated ability to review and test code for quality and functionality • Strong experience scoping technical projects and building out detailed requirements • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Currently reside in the United States
