📋 Description

• Maintain, drive, and continuously improve forecasting and budgeting processes • Assist with quarterly forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan • Partner with budget owners to build and maintain supporting detail for Revenue, COGS, SG&A, CapEx, and test assumptions • Serve as subject matter expert for Workday Adaptive and build or modify reporting and dashboards • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in accordance with GAAP • Perform actual-versus-budget/forecast variance analysis and internal account reconciliations • Create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual results reporting and summary packages for department heads • Support the monthly Financial Review Process with functional leaders and budget owners • Prepare materials for management reviews and meetings • Prepare and maintain complex financial models for strategic initiative decision-making • Provide ad hoc analytical and strategic support to the Manager of FP&A and business leaders

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 2–4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Business Analysis, or Corporate Accounting • Consumer Applications or SaaS analysis/reporting experience strongly preferred • Expert knowledge of financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance concepts • Subscription-business experience preferred • Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint, or Google Suite equivalents • Detailed experience with ERP systems such as Workday Adaptive Insights for financial planning • Strong analytical background with ability to analyze and consolidate financial results for C-Suite and department leaders • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and versatility in decision-making and problem-solving • Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally • Ability to balance high-level thinking with detail-oriented execution is highly desirable • Must be eligible to work in the United States; MyFitnessPal participates in E-Verify
