📋 Description
• Assist the judiciary with case management, pending litigation, processing of criminal and civil appeals, and a variety of issues • Draft memoranda, opinions, orders, and conduct legal research • Review briefs and case files • Advise judges on pending litigation
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school required • Five years of work experience in the practice of law or as a law clerk in an appellate or trial court • Requires membership in Good Standing in the Florida Bar within one year of hire • Valid Florida Driver’s License required
