📋 Description

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels • Develop and refine campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, and ads • Create and edit technical/industrial content, including monthly newsletters, website copy, brochures, white papers, and case studies • Coordinate and publish content on website and social platforms, especially LinkedIn • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, including KPIs, conversions, and ROI • Support SEO and paid media efforts, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate new campaign ideas • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels • Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot and Marketo • Support the Marketing Manager and work directly with the marketing lead, leadership, sales, and engineering teams • Lead and coordinate outside marketing consultants and creative partners

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to execute campaigns – not just plan them • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) • Strong writing and content development skills for technical audiences • Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and paid digital advertising • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics • Ability to be a self-starter who can manage projects independently in a part-time, remote role • Availability within a 9am-5pm ET window for meetings • Hands-on social media management, especially LinkedIn, including a working understanding of how the algorithm behaves • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical markets strongly preferred • A degree in marketing, communications, or writing is preferred • Occasional availability to come onsite a plus
