📋 Description

• Hold thoughtful, engaged 45-minute patient sessions once per week • Create a flexible schedule based on individual availability • Provide therapy services as part of holistic brain health and dementia care • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care providers • Work alongside clinicians to improve patient outcomes • Participate in strategic initiatives improving clinical quality, safety, and organizational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist • Active license in good standing in Oregon or New York; additional licenses preferred • Experience working with older adults and patients affected by Alzheimer's disease and related cognitive disorders • Experience with cognitive rehabilitation/remediation therapy required • Professional English oral and written communication proficiency at least at the level of lower advanced native speaker • Ability to provide a personal computer/laptop meeting SOC2 security and telehealth standards • Availability of 20–40 hours per week • Availability during 9:00 AM–6:00 PM US Pacific or Eastern Time, with limited evening or weekend flexibility
