📋 Description

• Provide leading-edge approaches to diagnostic test interpretation and lifestyle recommendations • Provide Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT), weight loss management, and peptides when appropriate • Develop a deep understanding of proprietary supplement offerings to explain and recommend them when appropriate • Balance efficiency with thoroughness to complete synchronous visits and asynchronous tasks promptly without sacrificing quality • Use evolving technologies to deliver care and communicate with members and internal teams • Develop verbal and written communication skills to improve member outcomes • Prioritize member outcomes and experience while following safe, Lifeforce-approved medical protocols • Show genuine interest and empathy toward members' concerns • Meet quality and productivity standards reviewed regularly with the manager • Provide required supervision of NP/PA clinicians according to applicable state requirements • Lead a clinical Pod

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified M.D. or D.O. • Required experience and ability to provide NP/PA supervision • Required ability and willingness to lead a clinical Pod • Active, unrestricted licenses and at least one DEA # to practice medicine in multiple states • Priority DEA States: TN, IL, MI • Priority License States: CA, CO, TX, FL, IL, MA, TN, WI, NC • Interest in a fully-remote, 1099 contractor role • Available to work at least 20 hours per week consistently • Strong knowledge and/or interest in functionally-minded approaches to care • Expertise in or willingness to learn HOT (Hormone Optimization Therapy) and comfortable using both supplements and approved pharmaceuticals when appropriate in both men and women • Expertise in or willingness to learn about medical weight loss therapies and peptides • Able to quickly acquire proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Thrives in a team environment with the ability to excel in a fast-paced atmosphere and successfully collaborate with diverse groups at all levels of the organization • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
