📋 Description

• Support the clinical launch of new infusion centers • Ensure effective communication with patients across scheduling, symptoms, and inquiries • Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers on order clarification, patient status, and plan of care • Resolve clinical escalations according to policies and procedures • Prescribe select medication according to patient needs, clinical protocols, evidence-based standards, and organizational policies • Onboard new Medicare patients, completing establishment calls and documentation • Ensure clinical quality and compliance through clinical supervision and oversight, chart auditing, and Letters of Medical Necessity

🎯 Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in DC/Maryland • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in outpatient or infusion-based care • Strong clinical judgment • Experience in IV therapy preferred • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
