📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, infrastructure leaders, and other senior client stakeholders • Lead executive-level conversations around technology strategy, transformation priorities, risk, modernization, and emerging technology • Translate complex technology shifts into practical business decisions • Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, roadmap discussions, and innovation briefings • Build long-term executive client relationships • Partner with Account Executives and CSAs on strategic account development and opportunity creation • Identify technology priorities, executive initiatives, transformation programs, organizational challenges, competitive threats, technical debt, and whitespace opportunities • Provide thought leadership across Enterprise AI, AI infrastructure, RAG, agentic AI, data center modernization, networking, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, automation, observability, platform engineering, Managed Services, Enterprise Service Management, and operating-model transformation • Represent Myriad360 in executive briefings, client events, industry panels, technology summits, webinars, and partner engagements • Connect strategic client initiatives to Myriad360 capabilities across advisory, infrastructure, security, cloud, AI, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Field Services • Coordinate CSAs, Specialists, Practice leaders, Professional Services, Managed Services, and strategic partners for complex opportunities • Coach Sales and CSA teams on executive communication, technology storytelling, strategic discovery, whiteboarding, and workshop facilitation • Build relationships with technology executives across strategic OEM partners and bring OEM insights into client conversations • Bring market and client feedback to Myriad360 leadership and influence service development, practice strategy, technology investment, partner strategy, enablement priorities, and the Managed Services roadmap • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies • Identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation efforts • Measure success through executive relationships, strategic account engagement, workshops, proactively created opportunities, influenced pipeline, opportunity expansion, cross-practice opportunity creation, services attach, account penetration, executive sponsorship, client retention and expansion, OEM relationships, thought leadership, client feedback, and team enablement

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, solution architecture, technology strategy, systems integration, or related roles • Significant experience engaging with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and senior technology executives • Broad knowledge across enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, automation, AI, and services • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business strategies • Experience shaping complex enterprise technology programs and transformation initiatives • Strong executive communication, facilitation, whiteboarding, and presentation skills • Proven ability to influence strategic opportunities without owning the day-to-day pursuit • Experience working across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Delivery organizations • Strong understanding of technology partner and OEM ecosystems • Experience at a national technology integrator, consulting company, VAR, MSP, or major enterprise technology provider • Prior Field CTO, CTO, Distinguished Architect, Principal Architect, or executive advisory experience • Experience developing executive technology roadmaps and strategic account plans • Familiarity with Enterprise AI, AI infrastructure, RAG, agentic AI, automation, observability, hybrid cloud, and cybersecurity strategy • Experience speaking at client events, industry panels, executive briefings, or technology conferences • Experience helping create new offerings, services, or go-to-market motions based on field demand • Must be based in the United States
