📋 Description

• Own the contract lifecycle from intake through execution • Manage the end-to-end contract process, from intake through negotiation to final execution • Review, draft, and redline NDAs, MSAs, Service Provider Agreements, Solutions Proposals, Statements of Work, and other commercial contracts • Serve as the primary point of contact for counterparties during contract negotiations • Balance speed and risk while avoiding unnecessary liabilities • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Insurance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve business and commercial terms • Identify and escalate legal or risk issues to senior legal leadership when appropriate • Track and manage contract status to ensure timely execution and visibility • Support continuous improvement of contracting processes and workflows • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and contribute to remediation efforts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States • 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related role • Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor/customer contracts) • Excellent redlining and issue-spotting skills • Solid understanding of key legal and commercial terms (liability, indemnity, payment terms, SLAs, etc.) • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both legal and non-legal stakeholders • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities • Experience working with contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar) is a plus • Bachelor’s degree required; JD or paralegal certification is a plus but not required
