📋 Description

• Own and manage technical data products for retail-related initiatives • Apply business analysis expertise across data, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering projects • Design and improve user-friendly interfaces that enhance data accessibility • Drive engagement and improvements through initiatives • Resolve solution design issues with emphasis on quality and performance • Ensure solutions are accurate, visually consistent, and thoroughly tested • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-departmental teams • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, focusing on data, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools such as Power BI • Experience with source-to-target mapping and data integration projects • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to drive engagement and improvements through initiatives • Detail-oriented with substantial documentation and organizational skills • Passion for designing user-friendly interfaces that enhance data accessibility • Proactive approach to resolving solution design issues, focusing on quality and performance • Strong communication and ability to work effectively across departments • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field • Retail experience is mandatory
