📋 Description

• Process incoming invoices in accordance with coding and approval guidelines • Allocate and post bank transactions • Perform bank and account reconciliations • Handle rental accounting and accounts receivable open-item management (OPOS), including partial and batch payments for apartments and garages assigned to separate customer accounts • Post recurring costs and loan instalments with interest/principal allocation • Correctly assign entities, properties, cost centers, and supporting documents • Systematically compile clarification items and coordinate them with the client • Optionally perform account reconciliations and prepare documents for the balance sheet and annual financial statements • Tax review and approval of the financial statements remain the responsibility of the tax advisor

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable practical experience with DATEV Accounting • Ability to post directly in the existing DATEV system • Experience with rental receivables and open-item management (OPOS) • Experience separating apartment and garage accounting • Experience with bank reconciliations • Experience with loans, including interest and principal allocation • Experience with property cost centers • General accounting experience or experience limited to DATEV exports or Unternehmen online is not sufficient • Basic DATEV knowledge is required; basic DATEV training will not be provided or reimbursed
