📋 Description

• Build and further develop marketing at FISART • Develop a clear, actionable marketing strategy together with the Founding Team • Prioritize target audiences, topics, channels, and formats • Systematize and expand SEO and GEO efforts related to company sales, succession, valuations, and M&A • Create German- and English-language content for entrepreneurs, sellers, buyers, and M&A intermediaries • Develop expert articles, LinkedIn posts, carousels, case studies, analyses, videos, interviews, guides, and content series • Develop newsletters, email formats, and lead-nurturing initiatives • Optimize and develop lead magnets and digital assets such as guides, checklists, valuation content, webinars, and educational resources • Develop an appropriate presence for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms • Write posts and video scripts, develop carousels and short-form content, and repurpose content • Support FISART’s positioning in business, entrepreneurial, and industry media through structured PR activities • Develop sales enablement content such as case studies, presentations, market analyses, and email sequences • Create an editorial and publishing calendar and coordinate its execution • Analyze relevant KPIs and continuously optimize topics, formats, and resources • Work closely with the Founding Team and the M&A Team

🎯 Requirements

• Business-fluent German at a minimum C1 level • Excellent written communication skills and a strong feel for tone, target audiences, and storytelling • Good English skills for international content and communication with a US audience • Experience in content marketing, growth marketing, journalism, editorial work, or a comparable field • Basic understanding of SEO, social media, and data-driven optimization • Confident and productive use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude • Interest in business, entrepreneurship, finance, and M&A • Ability to quickly understand complex topics and explain them clearly • Strong sense of ownership and a structured way of working in a remote environment • Willingness to implement ideas independently, measure results, and learn quickly from mistakes • Experience with newsletter marketing, GEO, LinkedIn, YouTube, PR, performance copywriting, lead nurturing, educational content, webinars, or video editing is helpful but not required
