📋 Description
• Generate new business contacts through B2B cold calling • Schedule consultation appointments • Conduct conversations with prospects • Document call outcomes • Make at least 30 call attempts per hour
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level German • Clear communication skills • Enthusiasm for sales • Persistence and reliability when handling rejections and hard-to-reach decision-makers • At least 30 call attempts per hour • Availability for 40 hours over a two-week period, consisting of ten working days at four hours per day
🏖️ Benefits
• Leads, phone numbers, tools, and onboarding are provided • €200 per appointment booked • Opportunity to be referred to larger client companies for attractive sales roles, subject to suitability and a suitable assignment • Indicative monthly earnings of €2,000 to €5,000; depending on the position, scope of work, performance, and compensation model, higher earnings are also possible
