• Overall responsibility for the operational support and technical fulfillment of all customer projects (Blue Digital) • Independently conduct technical onboarding sessions via video call — set up WhatsApp-based SuperChat accounts including Meta verification • Set up, monitor and optimize WhatsApp/SuperChat configurations (accounts, verification, WABA) • Responsible for WhatsApp newsletter dispatch, including scheduling, recipient lists and error handling • Review, quality control and maintenance of smartphone pages before going live and when changes occur • Primary technical contact for customers via WhatsApp groups and email — independently process and resolve incoming inquiries and issues • Check marketing materials for spelling and adherence to design guidelines • Minor tasks in the Blue Hub (e.g., coupon display) • Coordinate, prioritize and track all tasks, timelines and deadlines in ClickUp, including clear documentation of appointments and agreements • Proactive customer communication regarding queries, delays or missing information • Implement and coordinate special projects (e.g., one-page websites, domains, workspace) • Coordinate with internal staff and manage operational implementation • Hand over technical special cases to management with the aim of continuously reducing escalations • Contribute to process documentation, standardization and quality assurance • Future prospect: training and onboarding additional operational staff
