• Respond promptly to inbound marketing-generated leads. • Qualify prospects through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. • Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and leadership. • Maintain consistent follow-up with active leads until they are closed or disqualified. • Manage and update CRM records with complete and accurate information. • Track sales opportunities throughout the pipeline. • Document meeting notes, conversations, and next steps. • Follow up on proposals and maintain communication with prospects. • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Leadership teams. • Participate in pipeline review meetings and contribute ideas for improving lead conversion. • Ensure no qualified opportunities are lost due to lack of follow-up.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Customer Success. • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 preferred). • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills. • Ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings. • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. • Nice to have: Experience working with B2B clients. • Nice to have: Experience selling professional services or IT services. • Nice to have: Previous experience in marketing-to-sales lead management. • Nice to have: Familiarity with sales pipelines and conversion metrics.
