📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between Home Office team members and Area Directors • Coach, teach, and troubleshoot for Area Directors across the country • Assist Area Directors in developing their skills and build one-on-one relationships • Train Area Directors in processes and procedures via phone conferences • Respond to questions, concerns, complaints, and other matters via phone and email from Area Directors and advertising clients • Work individually and within a small team to solve problems • Answer incoming phone calls to cover staffing pattern needs • Brainstorm and implement proactive ways to engage with Area Directors • Collaborate with the Design team to explain the design process and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly with a desire to grow • Confidence in making decisions based on your knowledge and training • Communication skills over the phone and in email • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace • Resourcefulness and adaptability in an environment of change • Ability to work calmly with fast-paced deadlines • Previous call center experience • Ticketing software knowledge • Enjoy helping others
