📋 Description

• Conduct structured franchise candidate interviews via phone and video • Assess candidate alignment and communicate the value and opportunity of franchise ownership • Manage and advance the candidate pipeline to meet conversion and award expectations • Maintain ATS and CRM data integrity for forecasting and visibility • Re-engage dormant and legacy candidates to generate additional interview volume • Monitor personal performance metrics and provide funnel feedback to leadership • Drive candidates from initial conversation through franchise award

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in phone-based sales, outbound outreach, or high-volume follow-up • Strong qualification and objection-handling skills • Organized and detail-oriented with consistent follow-up and pipeline management • Experience managing activity within an ATS/CRM • Ability to communicate with energy and confidence and articulate the value of franchise ownership • Results-driven mindset with ability to meet or exceed conversion goals • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Zoom, Excel, and Google Workspace
