📋 Description

• Turn strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories • Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements • Arrive with a hypothesis and leave with production workflows in place • Partner with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities and adoption goals • Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to customer environments • Extend n8n nodes or add missing functionality for enterprise use cases • Translate ambiguous business problems into practical automation designs • Work across industries and technology stacks • Identify bespoke requirements that should become reusable node improvements, product features, or platform capabilities • Document technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals for Product and Engineering • Contribute reusable workflows, custom nodes, integration patterns, and learnings to an internal playbook library • Deliver time-boxed engagements with clear outcomes • Build solutions customers can own and operate themselves • Decide when to build, simplify, or push back to avoid unnecessary complexity

🎯 Requirements

• Solid full-stack or backend engineering experience • Built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments • Ability to create custom nodes and extend existing integrations • Confidence working with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems • Ability to distinguish one-off workarounds, reusable node improvements, and product features • Comfortable working directly in customer environments with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to turn messy operational problems into practical technical designs • Strong technical judgment and ability to avoid unnecessary complexity • Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% of the time, primarily across Europe • Ability to quickly understand new industries, technology stacks, and customer environments • Familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools (nice-to-have) • Enterprise deployment experience (nice-to-have) • Node, connector, plugin, SDK, or reusable integration framework development experience (nice-to-have) • Forward-deployed or solutions engineering experience (nice-to-have) • Product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specification experience (nice-to-have) • Existing right to work in countries other than Germany; n8n can sponsor visas to Germany • English is the company language
