📋 Description

• Contribute to the implementation of a strategic portfolio of work; • Establish and maintain processes for managing campaigns, initiatives, and projects; • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives and timelines; • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to schedule and budget; • Ensure responsive and effective communication; • Develop resources, presentations, and other materials; • Manage and coordinate team, committee, and other meetings; • Track multi-year program initiatives in accordance with expected outcomes and financial performance; • Draft reports, memoranda, briefs, and other written communications to various audiences; • Serve as the liaison to teams and stakeholders;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred; • Minimum of three to five years’ experience in program/project management or related field; • Experience in non-profit, policy, advocacy, or other civil rights organizations preferred; • Finance, lending, and economic experience preferred; • Demonstrated experience leading small- and large-scale projects; • Effective communication skills including exceptional written and verbal skills; • Strong execution, analytical and organizational skills; • Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and related Project Management Software; • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred; • Practical experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies;
