• New Logo Acquisition (Primary Focus) • Identify, target, and win net-new SLED clients across assigned territory • Build and execute territory strategy focused on whitespace accounts • Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closure • Generate a self-sourced pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and industry engagement • Leverage existing relationships within SLED ecosystem • Create demand through thought leadership in AI, data, and digital transformation • Shape large, complex deals ($5M+) from early-stage conversations • Position Nagarro's capabilities in AI, cloud, and digital engineering • Navigate long procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder environments • Collaborate with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google) and regional partners to co-create and close new opportunities
• 10+ years enterprise sales experience • Proven track record of building pipeline from zero • Closing $3M+ net-new deals • Deep relationships within SLED ecosystem • Strong understanding of government procurement cycles • Experience working with Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar ecosystems
