📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for software engineering, enterprise integrations, automation, and AI capabilities. • Build high-performing engineering teams and deliver secure, scalable technology solutions. • Establish engineering standards to support NAPA's business strategy. • Partner across Technology and business to accelerate innovation and operational efficiency. • Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business and technology priorities. • Establish engineering standards and modern development practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required. • 10+ years of progressive engineering experience. • 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering managers and technical teams. • Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives and complex engineering organizations. • Demonstrated success developing engineering strategy and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
