📋 Description

• Manages assigned client billing accounts by reviewing outstanding balances. • Communicates with clients to address unpaid invoices and resolve inquiries. • Collaborates with internal teams to resolve billing delays and case rejections. • Provides weekly updates on outstanding balances and monthly summary reports. • Analyzes billing trends and identifies recurring issues.

• Resolving billing issues and improving processes. • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and video conferencing. • Collaboration with internal teams to manage billing delays and missing information. • Experience analyzing billing trends and implementing process improvements. • Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations.
