📋 Description

• Map current and future workflows within a business domain • Identify opportunities where AI, ML, or automation can improve throughput, coverage, or speed • Build business cases, quantify projected impact, and align priorities with domain leadership • Map structured and unstructured data flows across business systems • Define target workflows, agent and human responsibilities, handoffs, context, retrieval, grounding, tool access, and memory • Design human-in-the-loop checkpoints • Build and deploy agents and automation pipelines using approved AI platforms and frameworks • Connect agents to business systems through MCP servers, APIs, webhooks, CLIs, and skills • Configure tools, prompts, context, and retrieval pipelines for reliable production performance • Handle authentication, schema drift, rate limits, data quality, and enterprise integration challenges • Enable business users to access and run workflows through training • Own agent performance and track throughput, quality, cost, human intervention rate, cycle time, and adoption • Build and manage evaluations before material model, data, or workflow changes ship • Triage failures, tune prompts and context, iterate workflows, and retire agents when appropriate • Instrument observability with tracing, structured logs, and dashboards • Report to the central AI & Automation team and partner with domain leadership • Ship three or more production workflows that measurably improve business KPIs in the first year • Contribute reusable engineering assets and enable non-builders to become builders

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting • Working knowledge of LLM and agent behavior, including prompting, context, tool use, RAG, MCP, evals, and failure modes • Very comfortable with a cloud platform • Trustworthiness with elevated access • Knowledge of least-privilege, auditability, and safe rollbacks • Strong technical and process judgment • Ability to think in outcomes and KPIs and defend prioritization decisions • Prior experience working hand in hand with businesses to deliver measurable outcomes • Hands-on experience with an enterprise agentic platform or model API • Background in product management, solutions engineering, consulting, forward-deployed engineering, or technical operations • Experience in regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, GxP, or SOX
