📋 Description

• Serve as a key field-based scientific resource engaging clinicians, academic institutions, and professional organizations • Provide scientific and/or clinical presentations supporting Natera’s hematological oncology products • Serve as a medical and scientific resource for US/international Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Bio Pharma teams • Establish, maintain, and manage relationships with hematological cancer KOLs, healthcare providers, and customers • Collaborate with lab operations to provide healthcare provider information regarding Natera products • Represent Natera at scientific and clinical congress meetings • Maintain scientific and clinical expertise through continuous learning • Provide medical expertise for materials, communication tools, and publications • Support and coordinate clinical trial and research initiatives at academic institutions and study sites • Travel extensively, over 60%, as required • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Health care professional with relevant scientific knowledge and/or clinical training in hematologic oncology • Master’s degree required • Advanced healthcare/scientific degree preferred (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., D.N.P.) • MSL experience preferred, but not required • Must live within assigned/advertised territory • Experience establishing strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholder functions and external customers • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a strong teamwork ethic • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities • Strategic thinking and adaptability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to read, interpret, and convey complex scientific information • Ability to travel extensively (over 60%) • Ability to complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of hire • Must maintain current status on Natera training requirements
