• Provide scientific and/or clinical presentations on data supporting Natera’s oncology products in hematological cancers • Serve as a medical and scientific resource for Natera US/International Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Bio Pharma teams • Establish, maintain, and manage relationships with hematological cancer Key Opinion Leaders, healthcare providers, and customers • Collaborate with lab operations to provide additional healthcare provider information regarding Natera products • Represent Natera at scientific and clinical congress meetings • Engage in continuous learning to maintain scientific and clinical expertise • Provide medical expertise for materials, communication tools, and publications to ensure medical accuracy • Support and coordinate ongoing clinical trial and research initiatives at academic institutions and study sites • Travel extensively, over 60%, as required • Perform other duties as assigned • Work remotely with frequent sitting, standing, and walking; daily computer use is required • Duties may require working outside normal working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Health care professionals with relevant scientific knowledge and/or clinical training in hematologic oncology will be considered • Master’s degree required • Advanced healthcare/scientific degree preferred (Ph.D., Pharm.D, M.D., D.N.P.) • MSL experience preferred, but not required • Must live within assigned/advertised territory • Experience establishing strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholder functions and external customers • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a strong teamwork ethic • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities • Strategic thinking skills • Flexibility and capacity to adjust to change and adapt to unexpected tasks, issues, changes in strategy, or department needs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to read, interpret, and convey complex scientific information • Ability to travel extensively, over 60% • Ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material • Must complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of hire • Must maintain current status on Natera training requirements
