📋 Description

• Deliver structured onboarding and skills-based training through instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats • Develop and update training materials, job aids, process guides, and assessments • Collaborate with operational leaders to translate evolving workflows into actionable training • Provide learner support through coaching, Q&A, and follow-up sessions • Participate in quality audits and identify training-addressable knowledge gaps • Use training evaluation feedback to refine content and improve delivery • Maintain training records and track learner progress in LMS or designated systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, education, or business • 1–3 years of experience in training, education, or revenue cycle operations • Experience with Articulate Rise and basic video creation/editing platforms such as Camtasia or Loom is preferred • Strong communication and presentation skills • Comfortable facilitating in-person and virtual sessions • Familiarity with adult learning principles and hands-on training approaches • Proficiency in Google Suite, LMS platforms, and collaboration tools • Competence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access • Experience with online education courseware is preferred • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and workflow • Ability to work with all levels of management and diverse individuals • Flexibility and willingness to work within changing priorities
