📋 Description

• Develop, design, and deliver presentations, briefings, and geospatial products for training and demonstration purposes • Support training activities and demonstrations in accordance with client requirements • Perform customer outreach and respond to questions related to geospatial technologies and products • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide appropriate assistance or recommendations • Deliver technical demonstrations to customers and stakeholders • Communicate technical geospatial information effectively to members of the Homeland Security community • Research geospatial and technical information as requested and provide findings to support customer needs • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop effective training and outreach materials • Assist with preparing and maintaining technical documentation, presentations, and outreach materials • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with government clients and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Information Technology, Communications, or a related field • Two years of specialized experience in geospatial technologies, training, technical outreach, customer support, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop and deliver clear and engaging presentations and technical demonstrations • Ability to communicate technical geospatial information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong problem-solving and research skills • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions • Ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Must be willing to undergo the government-issued background investigation process • Preferred: Master's degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, GIS, Information Technology, or a related field • Preferred: Experience supporting federal government or Homeland Security programs • Preferred: Experience developing geospatial products or training materials • Preferred: Experience with Esri ArcGIS or other geospatial technologies • Preferred: Experience conducting technical demonstrations or customer outreach • Preferred: Familiarity with geospatial data, mapping, and GIS concepts • Preferred: Experience working in a government contracting environment • Preferred: Security clearance or eligibility for federal clearance
