📋 Description

• Work directly within a business domain to enhance efficiency and productivity using AI agents, integrations, and automation tools. • Partner with domain leadership on priorities and build, deploy, and run workflows in production. • Map workflows, identify step-change opportunities, and build business cases. • Run agents and automation pipelines in production, owning performance and tracking key KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on technical fluency including CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting. • Working knowledge of LLM and agent behavior — prompting, context, tool use, RAG, MCP, evals, failure modes. • Comfortable with a cloud platform. • Trustworthy with elevated access and understanding of least-privilege, auditability, and safe rollbacks. • Strong technical and process judgment to think in outcomes and KPIs.
