• Lead analysis of large-scale cancer and germline multi-omics datasets using traditional bioinformatics and AI-driven techniques • Lead extraction, curation, and analysis of EHR, claims, and patient registry data • Design and execute real-world evidence studies supporting clinical, commercial, and regulatory objectives • Integrate omics, clinical, demographic, and other multimodal datasets while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality • Develop, train, and deploy AI and machine learning models for trend forecasting, patient outcomes, and biomarker discovery • Use NLP and LLMs to extract structured insights from clinical notes, pathology reports, and other unstructured data • Oversee RWD and genomics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, high-quality delivery • Collaborate with R&D, Data Science, Business Development, Medical Affairs, Product Management, Engineering, clinicians, scientists, biostatisticians, and regulatory stakeholders • Present complex RWE analyses to technical and non-technical audiences and prepare reports and publications • Stay current with genomics and bioinformatics developments and develop new analytical methods and technologies • Engage stakeholders to define goals, report progress, discuss findings, and liaise between technical and non-technical teams
• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or a related field listed under desired qualifications • At least 10 years of relevant experience • Proven expertise in bioinformatics and genomics data analysis • Demonstrated expertise in cancer genomics, genomic alterations, molecular pathways, and cancer biology • Expert knowledge of mapping, variant calling, CNV analysis, and statistical methods • Experience managing, querying, and analyzing massive-scale genomic and healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, or R and data visualization tools • Proficiency in predictive analytics, advanced machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras • Understanding of EHR, claims data, patient registries, and health surveys • Familiarity with common data models such as OMOP • Experience using NLP and LLMs to parse unstructured clinical data • Ability to interpret clinical endpoints, understand patient cohorts, and collaborate with clinical stakeholders • Excellent project management skills and a track record of leading successful projects • Experience managing one or more direct or indirect reports • Exceptional communication and written documentation skills for technical, clinical, and non-technical audiences • Experience collaborating with clinicians, scientists, biostatisticians, regulatory teams, and other stakeholders
