📋 Description

• Architect and deploy comprehensive automated system integration testing frameworks for complex multi-component service environments • Review and validate OpenAPI/Swagger REST specifications and Avro schemas for Kafka topics during architecture • Collaborate with Solution Architects early to identify and resolve integration discrepancies before code freeze • Integrate LLMs and generative AI tools into testing to synthesize test logic from specifications and behavior models • Author and execute high-fidelity integration tests across three or more systems from order through reporting • Prioritize asynchronous event verification, webhook handlers, and database state checks over fragile UI automation • Validate component build version synchronization matrices before deployment • Develop AI agents that analyze multi-service logs and isolate fault vectors in distributed networks • Lead and align engineering pods, Solution Architects, and Digital Product Managers toward shared quality goals • Mentor Senior Software Quality Engineers and Software Engineers in Test • Introduce chaos engineering experiments to validate fail-soft and self-healing behavior

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of active software development or test automation engineering experience • At least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity • Proven history deploying automation structures for enterprise-grade distributed systems • Expert programming capabilities in Java, Python, or Go • Hands-on experience with Playwright and modern test automation frameworks • Solid grasp of Docker and Kubernetes • Technical mastery of microservices, REST/gRPC endpoints, and event-driven data hubs • Experience with Apache Kafka or AWS SQS/SNS • Comprehensive experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch • Prior exposure to HealthTech, MedTech, or FinTech engineering contexts • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a strictly quantitative discipline is listed as educational background • Understanding of FDA design controls, IEC 62304, or HIPAA standards is highly advantageous • Ability to drive consensus and engineering excellence through influence rather than formal authority • Ability to inspect code, audit requirements, and implement testing frameworks proactively • Ability to understand architectural and functional system dependencies • Understanding that validation must preserve clinical and laboratory operational experience
