📋 Description

• Support the service center by providing excellent customer service and answering and responding to participant phone calls, voicemails, emails, and chats • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with clients • Meet or exceed required KPIs in all measured areas by maintaining high productivity while adhering to the set work schedule • Review and upload reimbursement claims to processing queues quickly and effectively • Adjudicate claims on occasion • Complete other projects as assigned by the Director or Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work in a remote environment • Strong typing and 10-key skills • Excellent customer service skills • Strong writing skills with proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation • Highly motivated • Positive attitude • Reliable • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately • Ability to work well within a team • Spanish speaking useful • High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required • Ability to remain seated for the majority of work time
