📋 Description

• Prepare client orders by transferring data between systems for ticket processing • Develop and maintain knowledge of durable medical equipment, company policies and procedures, and insurance eligibility and reimbursement guidelines • Process supply requests • Follow up on and complete required paperwork • Correspond daily with clients, referral sources, physician offices, and funding sources • Track orders • Resolve client issues • Conduct cost analysis of existing and new orders • Conduct face-to-face marketing with new and existing referral sources and clients • Complete phone calls efficiently and professionally • Perform directly related duties as assigned by management • Carry out position expectations professionally

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Working knowledge of Windows-based environment • Microsoft Office product proficiency • Strong communication skills • Detail-oriented • Must maintain regular and predictable attendance • Ability to talk and listen closely • Ability to sit and use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment • Ability to reach with hands and arms • May be required to lift or carry up to 25 pounds
